Let’s see. Who am I?
I am a chef, housekeeper, referee, gourmet chocolatier, event and activities planner, spiritualist, personal laundromat, teacher, chauffer, finance manager, counselor, health care provider, motivator, psychologist…….and the list goes on and on.
As I approached midlife, my values started to change. My mindset shifted from, “What makes me feel successful and complete?” to “What makes me feel I am contributing and growing?” These new questions left me feeling restless and uncomfortable. My life purpose and highest potential became unstructured quests.
It certainly wasn’t overnight, but along my own journey I realized midlife is not a time for crisis; it’s a time for rebirth, like the phoenix.
Midlife is now the time, the opportunity to renew your sense of meaningful self-purpose. Having a purpose in life means caring deeply about a goal that you are willing to work toward achieving—often to help others or affect the world in some positive, productive way.
Now that I have transitioned into the next best season of life, my life’s purpose is to empower women such as yourself, to rediscover your true self and your life’s purpose.
This what I want for you!
You are more than your personality!
Passionate about seeing others discover their unique abilities, reach their potential, my hope is to see my clients flourish through a restored identity, a clear purpose, and the skills they need to foster healthier relationships.

I understands what it’s like to feel stuck and not live as your truest self. My personal journey to gain clarity around my life’s purpose and identity, brought incredible transformation and eventually led me to a career of helping others as a certified Enneagram Coach and certified Dream Coach.
